1. White Rock Beach Club General Terms & Conditions
   1. Operating Days & Hours
      1. The opening hours of White Rock Beach Club vary between facilities. Please refer to the White Rock Beah Club website for the hours of operation
      2. The management of White Rock Beach Club reserves the right to change the operation days and hours as it deems fit without prior notice
      3. White Rock Beach Club will not open on Nyepi (Silence Day) in accordance with Balinese custom
   2. Booking & Reservations
      1. All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
      2. All prices are subject to government tax of 10% and service tax 11%
      3. Full payment is required to secure the booking and is non-refundable
      4. Website reservation is not applicable for group bookings. Group bookings for several events will be treated as such and arranged by our Sales team member
      5. Accepted payment methods include online systems, bank transfer, debit/credit card
      6. All prices are subject to change without prior notice
      7. Upon completing the booking, an automatic e-booking confirmation will be emailed to the designated email address
      8. Guest must present the booking confirmation either in hard copy or on a mobile device along with a valid ID upon arrival at reception. Failure to present the booking confirmation or valid ID in the booking name will result in the reservation being denied, and no refunds will be provided.
   3. Refund Policy
      1. If management has to close the operation for any reason, prior reservations will be refunded 100% or issued as an E-Voucher valid for 6 months, redeemable for the full amount of the paid booking.
   4. Cancellation and No-show Policy
      1. If a reservation is cancelled, the deposit will not be refunded
      2. Final payments are non-refundable and non-transferable
      3. Failure to attend on the day of booking without further notice is considered a no-show, and any payments will be non-refundable
   5. Amendments Policy
      1. Date change/revised date requests are available a maximum of 2 times. Requests must be submitted to our reservation team
      2. Revised dates are available within 180 days from the original booking date
      3. Payments will be treated as floating deposits, and rates will refer to the reschedule rate
      4. Please note: reservation office hours are 9 AM to 7 PM daily. Requests submitted outside of office hours will be responded to the following morning
      5. White Rock Beach Club terms & Conditions may be amended or modified without prior notice
      6. White Rock Beach Club reserves the right to change venue layout at any time without prior notice
      7. We may close the entire beach club, specific areas, and/or the beach on a permanent or temporary basis at any time. If your reservation is affected, White Rock Beach Club reservation will contact you as soon as possible and provide alternatives
      8. We reserve the right to modify these conditions at any time
   6. Losses
      1. White Rock Beach Club Bali is not responsible and will not be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings of members, visitors, and guests.
      2. Lost and Found matters should be directed to Housekeeping and will be recorded on the Lost and Found report by a White Rock Beach Club Bali employee
   7. Damage
      1. White Rock Beach Club will be notified of any damages, and the costs for replacement will be assessed based on current rates
      2. Guests are encouraged to report any damages or maintenance issues promptly to our staff to avoid further complications
      3. Management reserves the right to conduct inspection of our daybed or suite rooms to assess any potential damages
      4. Guest will be held responsible for any damages caused by visitors or additional guests they bring onto the premises
      5. Guests are liable for any damage caused by negligence, including but not limited to spills, breaks, or misuse of property.
      6. Here are the rates for our properties:
   8. Weapons
      1. No weapons, firearms, or dangerous items are allowed inside the venue, with the exception of White Rock Beach Club’s in-house Police or when Police or Army are escorting VIP Guests, Politicians, etc.
      2. Armed members of the Bali Polda forces are stationed at White Rock Beach Club entrances and seawall to act as a deterrent and take action if any act of terrorism is carried out on White Rock Beach Club property. They are stationed at White Rock Beach Club’s discretion
   9. Smoking Policy
      1. Smoking is not permitted in several areas, including the lawn grass area and the locker room.
      2. White Rock Beach Club reserves the right to designate additional non-smoking areas and to close or extend these areas as necessary.
      3. Cigarette disposal bins are provided in designated smoking areas. Guests are requested to dispose of cigarettes responsibly to maintain cleanliness.
      4. Management reserves the right to modify the smoking policy at any time to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.
   10. Prohibited Items
       1. Security check: All bags and other goods in your possession will be checked upon entering White Rock Beach Club premises. Any items not permitted will be labelled and held by security until departure.
       2. Food & Beverage policy:
          1. Outside food is not permitted. Please leave it with security, and you may claim it back on your way out
          2. Outside beverages are not permitted: Wine, Champagne, Spirit are allowed depending on our bottle availability and are subject to corkage fees. Corkage fees:
             • Corkage Spirit : IDR1,500,000++ per bottle
             • Corkage Wine : IDR750,000++ per bottle
             • Corkage Champagne : IDR1,200,000++ per bottle
             • Corkage Cake : IDR500,000++ per cake
       3. Filming & Photography Policy, smartphone cameras are welcome at White Rock Beach Club. We do not permit hand-held cameras, video cameras, drones, or telescopic lenses for privacy and security reasons. Please leave this equipment inside your vehicle or with security, and you may claim it back on your way out. Permits for professional photo or video taking inside the venue should be arranged in advance with our Marketing team.
       4. No Pets are Allowed, any kind of pets are not allowed inside the venue due to safety reasons and for the convenience of our guests
       5. Helium Balloons are not Permitted. Decoration permit should be arranged in advance with our management.
          • Illegal Substances are not allowed inside the venue. Indonesia carries severe penalties for the possession of illegal drugs.
   11. Management and Staff
       1. All members and guests are expected to treat all White Rock Beach Club with the utmost decency and respect
       2. White Rock Beach Club maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any disrespect shown towards its staff or customers. As such, the management reserves the right to evict any individual upon substantiated reports of disrespect towards White Rock Beach Club staff or guests

          By ensuring mutual respect and cooperation, we aim to foster a harmonious and enjoyable environment for all guests and staff members alike.

   12. Conduct of Persons at White Rock Beach Club Bali
       1. White Rock Beach Club uphold a zero-tolerance policy towards behaviour that disrupts the enjoyment of our venues by other guests. The following actions are considered breaches of the rules at White Rock Beach Club.
       2. Subjecting another member or staff to physical or verbal abuse, including the use of profanity, threats of violence, or engaging in threatening, offensive, or harmful conduct.
       3. Disrupting the operations of White Rock Beach Club Bali by contradicting or questioning instructions issued to staff by management.
       4. Broadcasting, publishing, or assisting in the dissemination of any statement that could be interpreted by management as detrimental to the reputation of White Rock Beach Club Bali, including its members, management, and staff.
       5. Management has been authorized by the operator to promptly remove from the White Rock Beach Club Bali venues any person who breaches the rules relating to conduct
       6. White Rock Beach Club Bali reserves the right to immediately evict any individual or group causing excessive damage or nuisance, or engaging in unlawful activities. If necessary, the relevant Indonesian authority will be contacted. The decision of White Rock Beach Club Bali is final, and no refunds will be provided
   13. Interpretation of White Rock Beach Club Rules
       1. In the event of any ambiguity in the interpretation of the White Rock Beach Club rules, the Management’s opinion on the matter shall be final.
   14. Adult Only Areas
       1. The main pool is designated as adult-only, restricted to individuals aged 12 years and over. Children are not permitted in this area
   15. Children, Wheelchair & Baby Stroller Access
       1. Children are welcome at White Rock Beach Club. Please observe all regulations at all times. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Supervision of children is the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian. White Rock Beach Club is not responsible for the supervision of children or for any injury or damage that occurs on the premises as a result of children not being supervised
       2. Children remain at all times the responsibility of a parent, who is expected to ensure that they act in a reasonable manner without causing undue disturbance to other guests.
       3. The children’s pool is allocated for children aged 2 to 5 years old
       4. The restaurant and restroom facilities are accessible to wheelchairs and baby strollers.
   16. Swimming Pools
       1. Guests using the swimming pool do so at their own risk and responsibility
       2. Appropriate swim attire must be worn at all times. Nudity is not allowed.
       3. No child is allowed in the pool area or in the pool unless accompanied by an adult. Any adult bringing children into the swimming pool shall be responsible for their safety
       4. White Rock Beach Club staff reserves the right to restrain and take necessary action against any person who does not follow directions, causing danger to themselves or others.
       5. Running and shouting around the pool area are not permitted
       6. No person shall be allowed near the pool area during a thunderstorm or lightning.
       7. Persons with sores, evidence of skin diseases, or wearing bandages of any kind will not be permitted to use the pool.
       8. No metal articles, large inflatable toys, or toys of a hazardous nature will be permitted in the pool area.
       9. White Rock Beach Club shall not be held responsible for accidents to bathers using the pool and to any other persons in the vicinity of the pool area.
       10. White Rock Beach Club Bali shall not be responsible for any injury, death, illness, or any loss or damage in the White Rock Beach Club facility whatsoever, however caused, sustained, or incurred out of, or in any way connected with the use, whether proper or otherwise, of the Swimming Pool area, whether defective or otherwise.
   17. Security and Emergency Procedures
       1. For the protection of White Rock Beach Club Bali facilities and members/visitors/members’ guests, all patrons are encouraged to familiarize themselves with all security and emergency measures implemented by White Rock Beach Club Bali. In times of emergency, please obey all instructions given by staff, who have been trained to handle such situations
   18. Legal Drinking Age
       1. The legal drinking age in Indonesia is 21 years. White Rock Beach Club may request photo ID to show proof of age at any time
       2. Alcoholic beverages will not be served to persons under 21 years of age
   19. Table Reservation (Daybed Restaurant & Bar)
       1. Table reservations may be released 30 minutes after the reservation time if no one has arrived to confirm the booking
       2. Restaurant and bar reservations are required for parties of 4 guests or more. Please contact our Reservation team if your plans change. If a guest is late by 30 minutes or more without any communication with our team, we will offer the seat to arriving guests and cancel your reservation
   20. Guest Add-on Services
       1. Towel rental is available at IDR50,000nett/person. Please feel free to ask our team to assist you with this.
       2. Locker rental is available at IDR50,000nett/person. Please feel free to ask our team to assist you with this.
2. Special Events
   1. Additional terms and conditions may apply for Special Events. Please refer to the relevant webpage for details
   2. By attending the event, guest consent to being photographed and recorded for promotional purposes
3. Disclaimer
   1. White Rock Beach Club Bali shall not be responsible for any injury, death, illness, or loss or damage to property whatsoever, howsoever caused, sustained, or incurred out of, or in any way connected with the use, whether proper or otherwise, of any of the White Rock Beach Club Bali Facility, whether defective or otherwise. Specifically, it is an ongoing condition of entry that all guests understand and accept the following
   2. By participating, you accept the inherent risks of possible injury or harm associated with activities at our beach club and the inherent risks associated with any activity in or near water.
   3. We will not be liable for any personal injury or loss where negligence cannot be attributed to the owners and staff of White Rock Beach Club.
   4. All personal belongings are solely the responsibility of the guest. White Rock Beach Club takes no responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
   5. Guests assume and accept all risks related to participation by them and their families in activities organized by White Rock Beach Club or undertaken in the White Rock Beach Club Facility
   6. Guests grant permission to the Management, Staff, and White Rock Beach Club Bali to act on their behalf according to their best judgment in any emergency affecting themselves and their families which may occur while they are attending activities organized by White Rock Beach Club Bali.
   7. Guests authorize White Rock Beach Club to arrange for them or their families to be administered such medical attention and to have them brought to a medical facility as deemed appropriate by White Rock Beach Club.
   8. Guests agree that all and any medical or hospitalization charges relating thereto will be entirely their responsibility and not the responsibility of White Rock Beach Club.
   9. Guests specifically absolve White Rock Beach Club Bali of any and all responsibility for personal accidents, injuries, or damages sustained by them and their families while in the White Rock Beach Club Bali Facility or during their participation in activities organized by White Rock Beach Club Bali
   10. Release White Rock Beach Club Bali irrevocably from any and all personal and corporate liability claims.
   11. Guests agree to take out insurance cover deemed by them to cover activities to be carried out by White Rock Beach Club in relation to them and their families
   12. Guests acknowledge that White Rock Beach Club Bali is not obliged to and may not purchase insurance coverage in respect of personal accidents, injuries, or damages sustained by them and their families during activities supervised by the White Rock Beach Club Bali Facility
   13. Guests indemnify White Rock Beach Club in full against all claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses which White Rock Beach Club may suffer or incur as a result of or in connection with the breach by such Member, their spouse (if any), or guests of any of these Rules and Regulations, or any applicable rules or regulations in use in any manner White Rock Beach Club, and each guest shall forthwith on demand pay in full to White Rock Beach Club Bali such claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses
   14. The Operator shall be solely responsible for any provision of finance to White Rock Beach Club Bali and for ensuring that at all times, White Rock Beach Club Bali complies with all statutes, rules, regulations, and governmental and regulatory requirements applicable to the operation and business of White Rock Beach Club.
   15. Guests understand that photos and video footage may be taken for advertising, promotion, and marketing purposes
4. New Year’s Eve Event
   1. On New Year’s Eve, White Rock Beach Club will host a special ticketed event.
   2. White Rock Beach Club reserves the right to adjust pricing based on the specific of the event
   3. Children are welcome on the premises during the New Year’s Eve event, but entry is permitted only until 6 PM
   4. By attending the event, guest consent to being photographed and recorded for promotional purposes
   5. We encourage all guests to celebrate responsibly. Management reserves the right to remove any guests displaying inappropriate behavior without refund.

Upon entry to any White Rock Beach Club venue, guests acknowledge and agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
