A Morning of Bliss: Self Hug Sundays Lights Up White Rock<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Melasti, Ungasan-Bali, Indonesia<\/strong>. The serene shores of White Rock Beach Club<\/strong> were buzzing with positive energy this morning as we successfully hosted another beautiful installment of Self Hug Sundays: Yoga & Journalling by the Sea<\/strong>! This Bali Wellness<\/strong> event, held in collaboration with expert yoga Ombae<\/strong> and self-reflection pioneers Self Hug<\/strong>, provided the perfect mid-November reset<\/strong> that our community needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the sun climbed higher over the Indian Ocean, our vibrant participants gathered, their smiles reflecting the beauty of the dawn. The atmosphere was one of immediate calm and peace<\/strong>. Everyone looked simply beautiful\u2014not just in appearance, but in the peaceful focus they brought to their practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under the expert guidance of Ombae<\/strong>, guests flowed through a rejuvenating 60-minute Yoga by the Sea<\/strong> session. The gentle sound of the waves provided a natural soundtrack, amplifying the sense of tranquility<\/strong> and helping everyone drop into a state of deep mindfulness<\/strong>. Following this grounding movement, the thoughtful Self Hug journalling<\/strong> session encouraged participants to look inward, setting intentions and finding quiet inner peace<\/strong>\u2014a true practice in self-care Sunday<\/strong>. Every participant left the mat feeling lighter, happier, and profoundly centered. This oceanfront yoga<\/strong> experience is quickly becoming a trending Bali wellness event<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whether it was the refreshing Smoothie Bowl or the satisfying Avocado Toast, the breakfast was a huge hit\u2014the perfect, wholesome fuel after a powerful morning. The joyous atmosphere continued as many participants chose to extend their stay by plunging into the crystal-clear waters, swimming by the sea<\/strong> or simply lounging and soaking up the sun, embracing the best of the Uluwatu lifestyle<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
